This website is designed to help you find out about all things BDS. From information on auditions to booking tickets you will find it all here. It also houses a large archive of past production info, photos and awards.

We are a group of talented amateur thesps located in the beautiful Wiltshire town of Bradford on Avon. We produce at least three performances a year, in and around the town and surrounding villages. From Rogers and Hammerstein to Shakespeare, we do it all!

February half-term usually finds us performing to a family audience, in February it was ‘Little Women – a little musical’. In the past we have performed ‘Sleeping Beauty’, ‘Annie’ and ‘The Wizard of Oz’ amongst others.
Summertime brings with it a slightly weightier piece. Last summer was William Shakespeare’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing’ at the magnificent Belcombe Court, Bradford on Avon. Picnics and bubbly made for a memorable evening. This summer we return to Monkton Farleigh Manor to perform Shakespeare’s Antony & Cleopatra.
October half term is when we take something a little different to the stage. Last autumn we performed the wonderful Calendar Girls! Watch this space for the announcement of October 2013′s production….
